New live chat emotes for the LGBTQ+ community

YouTube has launched a new set of Pride-themed emotes to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community. The emotes are available in select markets during the month of June, and they can be used in live chat comments.

The emotes include a variety of designs, including rainbow flags, heart flags, and symbols of the LGBTQ+ community. They are designed to help viewers show their support for the LGBTQ+ community and to connect with each other in a more meaningful way.

YouTube has partnered with two queer-identified artists, Mia Saine and Wednesday Holmes, to create the new emotes. Saine and Holmes are both known for their work spotlighting underrepresented communities in their designs and celebrating social justice efforts through their art.

The new emotes are a great way for viewers to show their support for the LGBTQ+ community during Pride Month. They are also a fun way to connect with other viewers and to celebrate the diversity of the YouTube community.

Here are some of the new emotes:

  • Pride Flag Heart: A rainbow flag with a heart in the center.
  • Pride Flag Hands: Two hands forming a heart, with rainbow flags in the background.
  • Pride Flag Fist: A fist with a rainbow flag in the background.
  • Pride Flag Symbol: A stylized rainbow flag symbol.
  • Trans Flag Heart: A trans flag with a heart in the center.
  • Non-Binary Flag Heart: A non-binary flag with a heart in the center.
