    6. Follow the instructions to delete your account.

Please note that when you delete a snap, we’ll attempt to remove it from our servers and your friends’ devices. However, this might not always work if someone has a bad internet connection, or is running an old version of Snapchat. In this case, the deleted snap may still appear for a brief moment.

If you’re concerned about someone else having access to your snaps, you can also choose to report the snap to Snapchat. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open the snap you want to report.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap Report.
  4. Select the reason why you’re reporting the snap.
  5. Tap Submit.

Snapchat will review the report and take appropriate action.
